Project for updating the Master Plan for the new Cheng Gong City area in southern Kunming.
The basis of the overall plan is to enable ecosystems from the mountain and inner areas towards the
lake, and to shape the building environments in clearly orientated structures on both sides of the south highway. A leading thought is to build large and intensive central commercial and work place areas on both sides and also above the highway. Streets and ecological corridors are shaped radial, creating pleasant street scenes and parks, combined with beautiful views over the lake.
