Our Principles

Obeying the law
Eriarc follows valid legislation and rules.

Employees
Eriarc treats all employees in a fair and equal manner in accordance with internationally proclaimed human rights
(UNGC 1).
Eriarc respects the personal dignity, privacy and personal rights of every individual and does not accept any discrimination, intimidation, harassment or offence at work (UNGC 6).

Compliance with competition laws
Eriarc promotes fair business practices and does not engage itself in any illegal or restrictive trade practices.

Business security and Confidentiality
Eriarc and its employees shall respect the confidential nature of business information.

Workplace standards
Eriarc does not accept child labour nor any form of forced or compulsory labour nor other human right abuses
(UNGC 2, 4, 5).
Eriarc respects freedom of association and employees’ right to collective bargaining (UNGC 3).

Customers
Eriarc treats its customers in a fair and equal manner.
No Eriarc employee may offer or receive any money or gift greater than a minor one that could be regarded as bribe or influence.

Anticorruption and Business integrity
Eriarc or its employees do not give or receive any direct or indirect bribes or other benefits that could be regarded as bribes or corruption (UNGS 10).
Eriarc books and documents shall be accurate and describe the true and fair view of event.

Compliance of the Ethical Principles
All Eriarc employees are expected to comply with ethical principles.
Non-compliances will be duly examines and proper actions taken.
