BIM

We use three dimensional modelling in all our projects. Our Building Information Model (BIM) is based on the ArchiCad 3D architectural design software and it enables us to study buildings and even larger environments in three dimensions during the whole urban design and building planning process. It also enables us to create virtual tours to help the decision making.

ERIARC BIM serves the owner long after the project is finished. ERIARC BIM is compatible with International IFC Standards and Finnish Pro IT Standards.
